Alivanca Recipe
400gr cow cheese (Cream or Cottage cheese)
4 eggs
4 tablespoons cornmeal or maize flour
2 tablespoons flour
2
tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup of sour cream for serving
Directions:
Rub the cheese in a bowl until it gets like a cream. Put the eggs, the maize flour, flour, cream and the butter in. Add salt. Mix
the composition good then put it in a griddle that has some butter on it. Bake it in the oven at middle flame(375 F or 191C) until
you see is ready in about 30 minutes. To determine if it is ready, it should brown on top and a fork plunged in it comes out clean.
Cut it into pieces, is served hot with fresh cream on it.
