Apple Pie Recipe
 
Items needed
 
6 Granny Apples sliced thin
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons of Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
2 tablespoons of Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup of flour
2 Tablespoons of butter
2 pie crust
1 teaspoon of a sugar-cinnamon mix
 
Instructions
 
Mix the apples, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vinegar well.  Scoop into the pie crust.  Apply the butter on top of the mixture.  Cover with a pie crust over the pie and cut 5 to 6 slits in it.
 
Preheat an oven to 400F and bake for 20 minutes.  Lower the temperature to 350 and bake an additionally 45 minutes.  Serve warm.
