- 400 gr cozonac dough,
Filling : 6 eggs
150gr sugar
vanilla
50gr cocoa
3 spoons of milk
few crushed almonds
Cooking Instructions
Put the dough in the shape same as at cream pasca.
The filling : "beat the yolks good with the sugar and some vanilla. When yolks are like a cream add the cocoa softened in 2 spoons of water. Mix everything good and at the end add the whites. Put the filling over the dough , add on top of it some crushed almonds. Give it to oven about 45minutes at middle fire and take it ouf of shape as the cream one, when it cools down.
