This is the sandwich which Chicago is famous for.

 

Items Needed

 

2 1/2 lbs of Italian beef

1/2 pint of sweet peppers

1/2 pint of giardinara

6 Italian rolls

 

Cooking Direction

 

Place the Italian beef with gravy in a pot.  Add the sweet peppers and giardinara.  Coo on medium heat until everything has been heated.  Do not overcook or meat will get tough.  Serve on a warm Italian roll.  Enjoy.
