Lamb with Mushrooms or Miel cu Ciuperci Recipe
 
 Items Needed 
 
750gr. lamb meat cut  in pieces
400gr mushrooms
1 spoon butter
1 small onion
1 cup water
2 spoons cream
1 spoon flour
salt to taste
 
Preparation 
 
    Fry in the same pan, with a spoon of butter, the meat pieces, the onion cut into small pieces and the mushrooms which were washed and cut into thin slices. Add salt. When it starts to get colored add the water and let them boil. Cook for about one hour or until done. 15 minutes before serving, mix the cream with a spoon of flour, put over the food and let it boil a bit.
