Pasca with Cream or Pasca cu Crema Recipe

-400gr dough for cozonac (for a middle pasca)
butter to lubricte the pan
Filling : - 750 gr cream
cheese
2 spoons flour
5 yolks of eggs
3 whites of eggs
150gr sugar
teaspoon of vanilla
lemon skin from 1/2 of a lemon
a cup of raisins
a 1/2 teaspoon of salt
From the dough make 1 sheet of about 1/2 cm thick and
big as the cake pan where you bake it. Lubricate the pan with butter, put the dough sheet in the shape and let it
grow. Meanwhile prepare the filling from the yolks, sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Add at filling the flour, cream, mashed skin
of lemon and the whites of eggs that were beat up good. Put the filling in the cake pan over dough, but be careful not to
pass over the dough edge. Lubricate the edges with beaten eggs, add raisans and put it in the oven at middle fire (350F or 180C) about
1 hour. When is ready, let it cool down and after that take it out of the cake pan.
