Roast Beef from Campulung Muscel Recipe
Foods used and amounts for 6 servings:
• 1kg beef
• 120g oil
• 80g
carrots
• 400ml juice bone
• 80g onion
• 10g flour
• 2g pepper
• 10g salt
Preparation:
Clean the meat
from fat and skin, cut slices and the sear with a knife on both sides.
Place them in a pot with oil in the following order: a
layer of beef, a layer of onion, a layer of carrots, salt and pepper and also the flour diluted with water. Then sprinkle with the
fat over the top of the casserole.
Place in a hot oven, uncovered and part of the liquid has evaporated a part of the liquid
, add juice of bone or water baked 180 degrees celcius in the oven for 2 or 2 and a half hours.
