Seledochaka Pod Shubeikoi Salad «Herring “under a fur coat”» Recipe
Ingredients:
Herring fillets – 300 g
Potatoes – 300 g
Carrots
– 300 g
Beetroot – 300 g
Apples – 300 g
Onion – 150 g
Mayonnaise
Direction:
1) Boil beets until tender.
2) Boil
the potatoes and carrots until tender. Peel the vegetables.
3) Cut the onions into small pieces. Fill it with boiling
water and leave for 10 minutes. Then rinse the onion in cold water.
4) Cut herring fillets into small pieces.

Process the potatoes and carrots on a small grater.
6) Peel apples. Process apples on a medium grater.

At the bottom of a flat dish put potatoes, smooth, spread with mayonnaise.
8) Put a herring on potatoes, spread
with mayonnaise.
9) Put an onion on the herring.
10) Put the carrots on an onions, spread with mayonnaise.

Put an apple on a carrot, spread with mayonnaise.
12) Put beets, smooth. Decorate with mayonnaise.
